Consortium Board

The Consortium Board was established through the Regional Water Providers Consortium Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA). Board members meet tri-annually and represent the governing board, commission or council of their participant agency.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Board is made up of seven members and meet tri-annually.

Consortium Technical Committee (CTC)

Members of the Consortium Technical Committee represent the staff of each participating agency. The CTC reviews and makes recommendations to the Board on the work plan, budget, plan amendments, Intergovernmental Agreement revisions and amendments, new members and other matters within the Consortium's purview.

Consortium Conservation Committee (CCC) 

Represented by all entities, the Consortium Conservation Committee reports to the CTC and oversees the implementation of the regional conservation programs adopted by the Board each year. The CCC recommends conservation budget and programs. Small work groups within the CCC implement the Consortium's conservation programs.
